Housing Assignment Process for
Rising Juniors & Guaranteed Seniors

Additional details for Rising Juniors (current sophomores) and Guaranteed Seniors (current juniors) for completing the Room Selection Preference Form

  • Choose from four housing options:
     
    1. two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen
    2. four single bedrooms, two baths, kitchenette
    3. two bedrooms 1.5 baths, full kitchen
    4. hall only (single, double and triple occupancy)
       
  • Rank your choices 1-4, one being your first choice.
     
  • Indicate if you would accept a hall assignment if an apartment is not available or choose to forego on-campus housing if you do not receive an apartment assignment.
     
  • You may enter the apartment lottery as a group of four, three, two or individual.
     
  • Those who enter the lottery as a group of three, two or individual will be assigned space in a unit which has a vacancy based on smoking preference.

 

Judicial Status and Eligibility
As determined by the Dean of Students Office, a student's eligibility to participate in the apartment lottery may be affected by his/her disciplinary record.  Students who are ineligible will be notified by mail prior to the start of the lottery process.  Those who wish to remain on-campus will be restricted to participation in the residence hall lottery.
